Pace ane:
- Estrus your butter and vegetable oil in a pan, (I can't tell you plenty, how much I love using my cast atomic number 26 skillet to cook stuff like this in.) over medium rut.
- While the butter & oil is heating upwards, ready your pork chops…
- Whisk your eggs in a basin, broad plenty for your chops to fit in, to glaze.
- Pour your breadcrumbs into another bowl, wide enough for your chops to fit. Add in the garlic pulverization, table salt, and greek seasoning, and stir to evenly mix the spices in.
Hint: You lot're going to be "double breading," these chops.
- Grab your chops and one by one, dip each chop into the egg, coating it completely
- Then transfer your egg covered chop into the breadcrumb bowl, making sure the chop is evenly coated.
- Once both sides of the chop is covered in breadcrumbs, in one case again, take the chop back over to the egg and coat it again. Lastly, accept it back over to the breadcrumbs and embrace the chop completely and evenly.
- Once your oil is hot plenty, take the chop to the oil in the pan!
- Once the bottom of the chops are turning to a dainty gilt brown, flip your chops over to the other side. (For me, I turned them to the other side after about 5 minutes. This will be different for everyone, depending on what kind of skillet you employ.)
Aren't they looking glorious!? Adding that butter to the pan really gives it a nice color.
- After well-nigh another v minutes, or until the center of your pork chops reaches 145 degrees, remove the chops from the pan, and put them on a paper towel covered plate. (To soak up any additional grease.)
(I also allow well-nigh 3 minutes of "residuum," time, in one case the center reaches that temperature, but to consummate the cooking process.)
DONE! Yeah… really. That simple!
